Scope of Access
Authenticated entities receive a bounded window into RAVDAR's architectural capabilities. This includes read-only access to structure manifests and a secure channel for project procurement. No write permissions are granted at this stage.

Access is not ownership. It does not permit lateral movement within proprietary server blocks, redistribution of technical assets, or disclosure of operational data. All interactions are logged and audited continuously. Violations result in permanent blacklisting.

Initial review is completed within 48 hours. Full vetting concludes at 72 hours. Decision gate and final notification occurs within 96 hours of submission. All communication occurs out-of-band through pre-established secure channels.
